Step 1: Register

New User?
Register for an account click on the register button below and add your student to get started.

Cashless Card: Login and follow the prompts to link your student's existing student ID card.

Step 2: Top Up

Top-up your account using VISA, Mastercard, PayPal or by direct deposit. We recommend topping up your account by $20 and you will receive an email reminder when your account is running low.

To ensure that your student always has funds available, we recommend setting an automatic top-up from your credit card.

Cashless Card: Set a daily spending limit for your student.

Step 3: Order and Pay

Order and pay for a range of school services including canteen, uniform shop, events, fundraisers, fees and more.

Cashless Card: Students present their existing student ID card to pay for purchases.

Step 4: Edit and Review

Canteen Orders: You can view, edit, cancel, or create a reoccurring order by logging in.

Cashless Card: Login to your account to view your students' purchases and/or update their daily spending limit.

Security

Your credit card details are processed securely by Westpac. Flexischools does not record or store any credit card details.
